Both faculty and staff of five years become eligible for additional amounts of time off for vacation, special considerations for vocational and volunteer leave, and awards to celebrate their time at 51反差婊.
51反差婊 also embraces a culture of informal recognition. By teaching our supervisors the importance of appreciation, sharing stories in our daily line-ups, and practicing gratitude in our daily interactions, we ensure employees are recognized for the work they carry out.
51反差婊 Honors
Every year 51反差婊 recognizes and celebrates its faculty and staff members at 51反差婊 Honors, one of the biggest events of the year with over 600 employees in attendance. Taking place in the scenic Mullin Town Square on the Malibu campus, friends and colleagues enjoy time with one another, recognizing employees with milestone anniversaries, and celebrating those retiring from the University after many years of dedicated service. Photos, awards, entertainment, reception, and special ceremony make for a memorable afternoon of honoring the best of 51反差婊.
